All Souls Concert

As I near the end of my U.K. tour, I’m praising God for the wonderful opportunities He’s given me to share the Good News with the people here in Southern England.

We had a wonderful time with the All Souls Orchestra at several different churches and concert halls in the towns. (The picture here is of me speaking at a church in Tonbridge.) There were many people, and a great spirit and response to the message! The Orchestra, led by Noel Tredinnick, is classic! Dad has worked with All Souls since the 70s and we’ve been together recently in Bucharest, Romania and the Highlands of Scotland. It’s a real privilege to join them in ministry.

On Sunday I shared at two different Immigration Removal Centers for people, mostly from Africa, who are for one reason or another being moved back to the countries they are originally from. A couple dozen people came to know Christ through these events, and I praise God for these souls that have been found.

Thanks for keeping Wendy and me in your prayers these days, as well as the children back home. They’re in the best of hands with Wendy’s parents taking care of them.

Travel Troubles

Due to continuing problems from the Iceland volcanic ash cloud, flights out of London are still uncertain. Wendy was supposed to fly out Wednesday, but her flight was cancelled. She is now scheduled to return Thursday. We’re trusting the Lord, but ask for your prayers for our travels, as well as those of our staff and our NGA partner evangelists who were planning to minister in Europe this week.

Here is the specific list of prayer needs:

1. Vic Murphy and Zac Archuleta, our action sports guys, were supposed to fly out to London to partner with me and Lindz West later this week. Their flights have been cancelled and we are working hard to find local replacements.

2. Wendy’s flight home tomorrow. My flight back, God-willing, this Saturday.

3. NGA Director Tim Robnett switched to a train/coach so that he could get from London to Belgium and then on to Frankfurt for ministry there.

4. Jose Zayas was scheduled to fly to Estonia last week, but has now been re-booked for this Saturday. There is a chance he may have to stay home, but thankfully there are people already on the ground who can man the events if he doesn’t make it.

All of this is in God’s control and we are thanking Him for the reminder of whose planet we live on!
